It’s been a while since our last post on here, and for a good reason. We’ve switched locations to a more convenient and better location for customers. We are located only a block and a half away from our old shop and are now located at:

4913 Chastain Ave, unit 23
Charlotte, NC 28217

Our phone number is still the same at 704-650-2020 though. We’re now situated within walking distance to the Light rail in Charlotte to help our customers get to and from work while having their cars here in the shop for the day.

On another note, we’ve recently been conversing with Morel and Genesis to round out all of our audiophile speaker solutions. If you aren’t familiar with Morel, they were originally started in 1975 by Meir Mordechai. Morel manufactures a wide range of high quality drivers and speakers including tweeters, midranges, and woofers for the mid- to high-end home hi-fi, home theater, and car audio markets. Morel’s systems are sold in more than 55 countries around the globe. Their products are absolutely amazing and offer speaker solutions for almost any budget out there. They offer a slew of options including 2-way and 3-way component speakers, point source speakers, coaxial speakers, subwoofers and crossovers.

You won’t find much cleaner sounding SQ amplifiers than their lines.

Hello everyone!
Sorry for yet another long gap in time with no posts. there’s been a lot going on down here, so here’s a quick update!

We have a Facebook now!!! Another new addition to the shop is Liz, she’s Chad’s new secretary!!! she handles pretty much everything in the office from quick books to updating the facebook page to ordering parts and taking phone calls. She’s really sweet and a lot of fun to work with and we are so glad she’s with us.

So, in the shop, we’ve had several projects going on. one of the latest projects is a red 1973 Camaro, it’s getting fully sound deadened, its being amplified with a Hertz amplifier and it will have CDT speakers. Also, Chad is building a custom trunk complete with hidden storage compartments! Chad is also removing and replacing the interior of it. pictures of the progress can be found on our facebook page.

Also, on the Facebook page, you can find pictures of other projects that we’ve had going on in the shop, such as a white old school Audi that got custom kick pods with Hybrid Audio Speakers. (Check it out the facebook page!) We have also had several other small projects going on in here such as a blue tooth install on a 2007 Mercedes Benz E320 and a drop down DVD monitor with IR headphones, RF modulator, and 35% tint in a 2008 Yukon Denali.

Sorry for not keeping up everyone, we’ve been a little swamped here with some of our most recent jobs.

But for a quick update…

For all the cars with the fiber optics system looking for various upgrade; including Bluetooth, Ipod, Satellite Radio, Backup Cameras, Navigation, and even night-vision; we now have solutions for most cars including Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, various models of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Range Rover, Audi and many more

We’re now tied with both Dension and Nav-TV to provide top notch solutions for your vehicles and have used both systems flawlessly. These products allow you to use your factory navigation or display screen to pull up songs, albums, and playlists directly from your Ipod, keeps your Ipod charged and hidden out of the way for most vehicles.

If your vehicle didn’t come factory with the Bluetooth option, we can now give you a true hands-free calling ability with the help of these companies. You’ll be able to talk directly to your contacts with the help of a hidden microphone and have the voice of the person you’re talking to come directly through your factory audio system. There is no need to rewire your car, no need to replace your head unit. You don’t have to have those units that sit on your dash or console and take up your 12 volt outlet anymore… Everything will be hidden within your dash, tucked and tied out of the way. These modules will no void your factory warranty either.

Also, for all you Porsche owners with the 996, 997 or Cayenne; Nav-TV offers us the solution to pull out your original factory navigation unit to replace it with an upgraded double-din unit made by either Kenwood or Alpine and still be able to integrate so you can retain the use of your factory steering wheel controls. Connects 2!

After much request, we’ve now officially picked up the entire line of Connects 2 OEM integration products for European vehicles. PRI in Orlando

Just a quick update, we’ve come down to PIR down here in Orlando to check out a few more options to offer to our customer. PRI, also known as Performance Racing Industries, is a tradeshow like SEMA but for go fast junkies and to show what can be down with cars versus what has been done. A show to put your imagination in overdrive!

This combination is enabling us to give our customers a more complete customization in a one stop shop where now we will have the ability to have in house race gas by Sunoco, a better selection of go fast goodies like Wilwood brakes, a plethora of custom piston options for any application made to order, Ceramic coating options, and much more.

Having these options as well as all the high quality audio sections enables us to design your custom audio system to look and sound amazing while also enhancing the performance of your vehicle.

Hertz and Audison!

Thanks to Griffin Person, we’ve now officially picked up the entire Hertz and Audison mobile line-up for car audio! This is a great addition to the already amazing products we carry such as Digital Design, Hybrid Audio Technologies, Soundstream Reference and Human Reign, CDT Audio, etc. Soon we will be implementing their High Energy line into an old-school Porsche 911 to replace the much lacking factory system!

Hybrid Audio Technologies!

It’s official, we are now the only Hybrid Audio Technologies dealer, also known as H.A.T., in all of North Carolina thanks to David Edwards at H.A.T. For those who are not familiar with Hybrid Audio, they produce world class speaker setups designed with the sound enthusiast in mind. H.A.T. was originally founded in October of 2004 and have been developing award winning mobile speaker systems since then. They’ve been awarded 1st place in almost every competition they’ve been entered into including their debut show in the 2005 IASCA World Finals. Speakers designed by the enthusiast, for the enthusiast…

We are currently in the process of installing and tuning a couple sets of their speakers in a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer and a 2007 Infiniti G35 coupe.

The Trailblazer is getting a set of Hybrid Audio Legatia L831-3 3 way components custom mounted in the front doors, dash and pillars which are being powerd by 2 Digital design SS4 amplifier being run full active! No passive cross-overs here!

The Infiniti G35 now has a set of Hybrid Audio Clarus C61-2 in the doors with custom mounts to have everything in place of the factory BOSE speaker setup running active through the factory amps and cross-overs.
